1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is defective.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in a significantly different condition from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- Product must be in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products used after delivery.
- Products damaged by customer misuse.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during special sale events where returns are specifically restricted.
- Minor color variations due to screen display settings.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Unboxing Video (if available)
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution.
Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Return Approval Process
Once your request is received:
- Our team will review the information provided.
- Additional images or information may be requested.
- Approval or rejection will be communicated via email or phone.
AARINYA reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected:
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Damaged product delivered.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Product unavailable after payment.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through:
- Original payment method
- UPI
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
- Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
AARINYA shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Customers may need to follow the return process if applicable.
8. Return Shipping
In cases where the return is approved due to:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
- Defective product
AARINYA may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
For returns requested for other approved reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
9. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered based on:
- Product availability
- Size availability
- Stock availability
AARINYA reserves the right to provide a refund instead of an exchange where appropriate.
10. Right to Refuse Returns
AARINYA reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- Product has been used or altered.
- Tags are removed.
- Packaging is missing.
- Return request is fraudulent.
- Return request is made outside the specified return period.
