3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

Standard Delivery

  • Gujarat: 2–5 Business Days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days
  • Other Locations in India: 4–8 Business Days

4. Shipping Charges

AARINYA may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Paid Shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by AARINYA.

  • Pin Code

AARINYA will not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.


10. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner:

  • A replacement or refund may be provided at AARINYA's discretion after verification.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations.

AARINYA reserves the right to:
